However, our distribution center has progressively gotten worse at scanning these in. Often, we will see scans that skip KC entirely and don’t get scanned in until it reaches buyers local distribution center.We get a lot of messages of people asking if an item has been shipped because no update in tracking, but the answer is yes. We carry all items on hand so if we print a label, it is put on your package and placed in pickup within minutes of label being printed, so based on time scale listed above USPS will have your package. Obviously, this is inconvenient to not have updated tracking the entire process, but most of our packages get delivered within a very timely matter and ones that don’t are out of our control. If you need quick guaranteed delivery we would recommend contacting us and upgrading to UPS ground or 2nd day air. UPS Surepost – This is a service where UPS handles the first half of the transportation, they then get it near the delivery location and hand it off to USPS for delivery. USPS will then deliver the item. Your UPS tracking number will work for tracking the package, however once handed off to USPS if you want more frequent updates on UPS webpage when searching tracking you can find the USPS tracking number associated with the package. PLEASE NOTE: If you are in Alaska Hawaii or any other Non Contiguous US location, Surepost if often very delayed, and if needing package soon please contact before purchase for other delivery options. All UPS packages are picked up daily around 4:30pm CST, if your label was created before 4PM your package very likely is on the pickup for that day.
